Yes..it’s bright and busy – and just so lovely!  I’ve worn both pieces – blazer and pants – separately but this was the first time I’d paired them together.

The result was everything I’d hoped!

Eye-catching and interesting…a real conversation starter!

Isn’t the pattern lovely!?!

One of the reasons I love Kate Spade SO much is the brand’s whimsical and outside-of-the-box approach to fashion.

The clothing is visually stunning…living, walking art!

Hope you are having a great week!  For more Cortneybre, check me out on Instagram – @Cortneybreblog!

Designed around a bag…Olivia Miller on Cortneybre…

This entire outfit was planned to coordinate with this fantastic Olivia Miller bag I found on sale at Bealles.

On sale as in $14.99.  What a steal!

I also bought its counterpart which is very similar but in color and another Olivia Miller bag as well.

I might need ALL of them so why take the chance, right?

You’ll be seeing both bags in a future post!

If you have a Bealles in your area, go check it out!  They have great (and very inexpensive) jewelry and cute bags like this one!

If not, you can purchase the bag HERE also!

Hope you’re having a great week!

The weather is getting colder and the colors are slowly fading from my world.  I’m counteracting the downturn in the weather by dressing a little more whimsical and fun.

I found this wonderful shirt that just fits perfectly at JCPenney.  It was a must buy…and I couldn’t wait to feature it on the blog!

Check it out here!

What a delightful shirt..it’s an Eiffel Tower print with little French sayings….cute, cute cute!

As for my other fave look of the moment.  I’m a big fan of statement necklaces but one really can’t wear a statement necklace with such a standout shirt.  When you still need a little accent to set the outfit, try a simple piece of ribbon tied as a bow.

I’ve been wearing this look a lot lately and I think it perfectly balances out and lightens up an outfit.  You can mix it up with different colored ribbons and even tie multiple ribbons/bows for a bigger look.

Wanna shop this look!  Check out the links below!

I spent the day in Atlanta yesterday…also known as “Hot-Lanta”…only ..it wasn’t so hot.

It’s a little bit chilly a little bit earlier this year and that was all the reason I needed to pull out my newest Kate Spade purchase; this beautiful coat!

I picked it up at the Kate Spade Outlet a few weeks ago.  It was priced at $698 but was discounted 40% off and an additional percentage off of that…so the discount justified the purchase.

Also…if you’re looking for the perfect pair of jeans, look no further than Arizona sold at JCPenney!  The ones I’m wearing are the Super Skinny cut and fit better than any other brand I’ve ever bought, hands down.

They’re soft and just stretchy enough.  The length is fantastic…I bought the petite version and they hit at just the right spot on my 5’6 frame!  These were sold in Jr’s and you gotta give them a try.  You’ll love them!  They also have this cut in an array of colors and on sale for $19.99!  Check them out here!

I also have to brag on the absolute greatness of JCREW’s block heeled pumps.  I bought this wonderful pair off of eBAY for a steal but a very similar pair can be bought here!

Oh and as for the cute artwork behind me…I couldn’t help but use this as my post background.  I love the advice…”protect your magic”!

Hope you’re having a great start to your week!
